The Lanark Community Alliance represents a coming together of independent, non-profit community agencies united in their mission to improve the lives of those they serve in Lanark County.
Our alliance is built on collaboration, support, and a shared vision for inclusive, empowered communities. By bringing together like-minded community organizations while supporting them through a single leadership team and board of directors, we can positively impact the lives of individuals and families across Lanark County.
Communities thrive when everyone feels valued and respected and has the opportunity to live with dignity and achieve their full potential. The Lanark Community Alliance is dedicated to member support for front-line staff, program and service enhancement, resource leveraging and addressing the challenges faced by those with developmental abilities, older adults, and individuals needing affordable housing.

By fostering collaboration among agencies, boards, families, and community partners, we are better equipped to address the challenges of an aging population, social isolation, and increasing insecurities around housing and food.

Our members' front-line staff are the heart of our community engagement and support. We are committed to their development, satisfaction, and well-being through comprehensive training and supportive policies, ensuring effective and coordinated service delivery.
Our Impact on Lanark County
The Lanark Community Alliance members, Community Living Lanark County and Carebridge Community Support employ over 300 dedicated staff members, engage hundreds of volunteers, and serve a diverse range of individuals and families throughout Lanark County.
